Tea and zero glycemic
Sweet as you remember it, without the spike.
We brewed forty-eight cups of chai for a small panel last winter. Half were sweetened with cane, half with our crystals. Most testers preferred the swt cup — not because it was sweeter, but because the tea behind the sweetness came forward.
Zero glycemic means your blood sugar stays steady. For a kitchen, it means you can sweeten without measuring; for a body, it means the afternoon stays light.
